Organizer

The game is organized by the publisher of the GagneLots website. For their full identity and contact details, see the Legal Notice page or write to contact@gagnelots.fr.

How to play

1. Step 1 - Log in

   Log in to your GagneLots account (free, adults only).

2. Step 2 - Answer the quiz

   Answer the quiz of your choice. You can replay it as many times as you like: only your best score is kept.

3. Step 3 - Automatic entry

   Once the quiz is completed, regardless of your score, you are automatically entered into the draw for the linked prize.

Reminder: you can replay a quiz as many times as you like, but only one entry per account and per quiz counts for the prize draw (your score never affects your chances of winning).

Eligibility

• Be 18 years of age or older; age is verified at sign-up.
• Hold only one account, linked to one person.
• The organizer and anyone involved in creating the game may not win a prize.

The random draw

The draw is carried out at random among all valid, completed entries recorded for the quiz in question, once the prize entry target has been reached. The number of winners depends on the prize being awarded.

Winners and prize delivery

Winners are notified through their GagneLots account and can find their prize details under "My prize" in their personal account.

The winner has a reasonable amount of time to confirm they won and to provide a shipping address from their account.

If the winner does not respond within the stated time, the prize may be considered forfeited and redrawn.

Personal data

The data collected at sign-up (email, phone, date of birth) is only used to verify your identity and eligibility. A postal address is only requested from confirmed winners, to ship their prize. See our privacy policy.

Optional paid ad-free option

GagneLots also offers an optional subscription (2.99 EUR per month, cancel anytime) that only removes ads from the site. It has no effect whatsoever on entries, odds of winning, or how the draw is run: it is never a payment to play or to improve your chances.

Changes or cancellation of the game

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel all or part of the game at any time, notably in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

Governing law

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.

Limitation of liability

The organizer cannot be held liable for technical incidents beyond its control (outages, transmission errors) nor for delivery delays caused by carriers. This text is a first draft and will be reviewed before final publication.
